Deposits

All deposits are non refundable. Under certain circumstances deposits may be transferred to another date or treatment but this is at our discretion.

Cancellation of order

Beauty by Lauren-Ann reserves the right to apply a handling charge when an order is cancelled. Cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.

Returns

Goods are not offered on a sales or return basis. If goods have been returned in error a returns authorisation code must be requested and quoted with all returns and returned within 7 days of purchase.

The returning of goods to us will be entirely your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us.

Returns will be only accepted with the authorisation code.

We will only accept products back on the condition that the product(s) being returned are in a perfect condition for re-sale.

We cannot accept any returns on products unless the seal is still intact. Due to the fact that the product will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross contamination.

We will not accept goods that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered with in any way.

Shipping Policy

Please note that Beauty by Lauren-Ann will do our absolute best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Press on nails are made to order so will take some time to dispatch. Sizing kits will be sent out within 2-3 days of placing your order. Once sizes are received it will take approximately 1 week for your nails to be made and dispatched. (dispatch times may vary during busy seasons). Bath products are kept in stock where possible but often will need to be made to order in which case may take up to 1 week to be dispatched.

At Beauty by Lauren-Ann pride ourselves in our award winning customer service in so will do our absolute best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

If our courier try’s to deliver your order and no one is available for the delivery after you have received your confirmation email, the courier will try two further attempts before returning your order back to us.

The courier may try to contact you to arrange delivery so please make sure you input the correct email address and contact phone number so this can be done.

If you know you have missed your delivery please try to contact the courier to arrange collection or re delivery of your order.

If your order is returned to us you may be charged a further  delivery charge depending on the circumstances. As Beauty by Lauren-Ann will be charged again from the courier service to re Ship your order.

If Royal Mail try to deliver your order and no one is available for your order a card from Royal Mail will be left  with details of your local sorting office and where your order is being stored.

International Shipping

International shipping is not an option online at this time. if you would like to order internationally please email lauren.anns.beauty@gmail.com and we willl do our best to accomodate your order. (delivery charges will apply)

Beauty by Lauren-Ann Is constantly working to find new ways to ship our full product range to as many destinations as required by our customers whilst trying to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.

Duties and Charges.

Please note it is the responsibly of the Receiver’s to pay the duties and taxes and/or any other charges if they are applicable.

Beauty by Lauren-Ann will not be held responsible if any duty or taxes are not paid by the receiver and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs.

No refund will be offered.

Please Make sure you enter a contact telephone number so the delivery company can contact you, if they have to, regarding your order. Beauty by Lauren-Ann will not use your phone number in any other way than to contact you regarding your delivery as a last resort.

Placing An Order

Beauty by Lauren-Ann will be delighted to receive any Order.

We do not have a minimum order amount to enable you to buy from us.

It is a condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from Beauty by Lauren-Ann until full payment has been received in full.

Please ensure a valid telephone number is provided with your order. This will enable us to contact you if the need arises.

Not supplying a valid phone number may result in a delay in dispatching your order if we need to contact you.

Beauty by Lauren-Ann reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time and that decision is final.

All values of currency on this site are in Great British Pounds (GBP£)

Payment is taken over a secure connection and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web.

Website users are responsible for maintaining and protecting their confidentially of their online account and login security.

Delivery Charges

FREE delivery on all orders over £30 within the UK. No minimum order. For full delivery charges please see our Shipping page

 

Backorders

Goods are subject to availability and any item which is out of stock but where payment has been received, will be sent out as soon as the item becomes available.

If you are not happy with this the backorder can be cancelled and a refund for the product will be offered.

Force Majeure

The seller shall be entitled to cancel or delay orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to delivery by supplier or courier.

Missing Or Damaged Goods

Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless the company is advised within 48 hrs of receipt of goods.

Beauty by Lauren-Ann will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period.

Faulty goods must be returned to Beauty by Lauren-Ann for inspection so a report to the manufacturer or supplier can be made.

If returning faulty goods customers must inform us by email prior to returning the goods. You will then receive confirmation and a reference number which must be sent with your parcel.

All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Colours

Please be aware that images shown on screen may vary from person to person due to different VDU screens and pixels, whilst we try to ensure colour consistency is kept the same from batch to batch please understand colours may vary slightly as we use pure pigments for bath products and if the batch is different slight changes may occur, this is a common side effect of pigments and is totally out of our control.

Colours of nails may vary from the image shown. where a sizing kit is sent a colour swatch will be sent to allow you to see the colour in person.

Special Offers

Special offers on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any online discount which may be available at the time.

This is a UK site, and the laws of the United Kingdom govern any contract made by a user of this site. You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the English court in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.

All prices shown on this Website are inclusive of VAT.

Liability claims

Beauty by Lauren-Ann total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. Beauty by Lauren-Ann will not be liable for any consequential loss for anything .

Your statutory rights are not affected.

E & OE

Any typographical, clerical, other omissions or errors however made, in any of Beauty by Lauren-Ann’s literature, quotations, price lists, invoices or any other documents or information supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company’s part.

Bath Products

All of our bath products are handmade so some imperfections can be expected such as cracks and blemishes. Colour may vary slightly from photos.

Bath bombs are delivered via Hermes. Beauty by Lauren-Ann is not responsible for any damages/cracks to bath bombs caused in transit.

Press on nails

All of our press on nails are handmade so some imperfections can be expected such as cracks and blemishes. Colour may vary slightly from photos.

Sizing kits will be sent via royal mail. Nail orders will be sent via royal mail or hermes.
